I’d say Haute Southern Hyde has some really cute styles, and there are a handful of pieces that seem like they could be dressed up or down easily. That said, maybe half of it feels a little too specific for everyday wear, at least for my closet. It’s probably great if you already have a certain look in mind, but I wouldn’t really count on it to cover everything you need.

I’ll be honest, everything looked really nice online, so I expected a lot more for the price. Once it arrived, the quality was just okay and didn’t feel much better than cheaper stuff I’ve bought before. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but after spending that much I kind of felt trapped with something that wasn’t really worth it. Overall, I don’t feel like I got good value for my money, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I reached out to support about the issue, but it kind of felt like they were talking around it more than actually fixing anything. As far as I can tell, the problem is still there, so I don’t think it was really handled.

The exchange ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. It did get resolved in the end, but the company needs to be more accountable for how long they leave customers waiting and make the process easier to follow.

I thought this bag was going to be a win when I saw it online. It looked stylish and high-end in the photos. Then it showed up, and for a second I was like, okay, maybe it’s fine. But the more I used it, the more annoyed I got. The leather feels kind of plasticky and thin, not soft or sturdy like I expected. After just a few wears, it already started creasing. For the price, I really expected better.

Am I the only one who gets extra frustrated when you wait for an order and then only half of it is right? I ordered two items, and one was fine, but the other showed up in the wrong size/color. Not the biggest problem in the world, but definitely annoying after waiting for it.

I only used it twice before the seams started ripping, which feels unfair for something that should last longer than that. I wasn’t expecting it to be indestructible, but I do think it’s reasonable to expect it to hold together after just a couple uses.

Reading between the lines, if you’re looking for something huge, this probably isn’t it, but for daily errands or going out, it has more room than I expected. I took one star off because the inside pocket could definitely be a little bigger.
